Live well in retirement
Retirement is the ideal time to focus on health, wellbeing, and personal fulfilment. Our communities offer facilities, programs, and services that support happier, healthier living—tailored to each resident’s unique needs and abilities. We want every resident to experience physical, mental, social, and emotional wellness.
Whether you want to stay active, eat well, manage health conditions, or nurture emotional wellbeing, we support lifestyle choices that foster independence, vitality, and joy.

Communities designed to support wellbeing
Our communities are thoughtfully designed with accessibility, natural light, open communal areas, quiet spaces, and landscaped gardens. Most feature group exercise zones, gym equipment, and some include swimming pools and bowling greens.
Nutritious dining options are available in many VMCH communities, including catered meals and ready-made dishes—often using produce from communal gardens.
To support cognitive and mental health, we offer book clubs, puzzles, art, music, guest speakers, and other engaging activities that stimulate the mind and lift the spirit.
Shared spaces encourage social interaction through clubs, events, excursions, and volunteering—both within VMCH and the broader community. Access to friends and pastoral care enhances emotional wellbeing.
Many villages host visiting allied health professionals, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, speech pathologists, dietitians, and specialists in hearing and vision.

Live well at home with support tailored to you.
Our Support at Home team helps with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, laundry, gardening, and personal care. We also handle home maintenance, so you can enjoy your space worry-free—whether it’s hanging art, fixing a sink, or tending the garden.
Companionship is key. From a friendly chat to help with vacuuming, we’re here to support you—without placing extra pressure on family.
As needs evolve, we assist with medication management, wellness checks, and daily living support. Our team helps you navigate government funding and adapt services as circumstances change.
If you or your partner require higher care, we can connect you with VMCH’s residential aged care facilities for respite or transitional support.
